ROOF BLOWING AND CLEANING

 

Some roofs really just need a good sweeping and

blowing to remove debris, pine needles and dirt.

 

 

PRESSURE WASHING

 

Siding, decks, drive ways, walk ways, patios,

sports courts, R.V.'s, store fronts- we do it all! We

use commercial grade pressure washers and adjust

the pressure to be certain not to cause damage to

your property. We often use a mixture of TSP and

Clorox to spray first to help lift stubborn stains

and lichen. Pressure washing can remove years of

filth and grime and leave your property looking well

maintained!

 

 

 

 

GUTTER CLEANING

 

Dirty gutters and clogged downspouts lead

to over-flow. Houses with a lot of trees

nearby are often plagued with this issue.

We remove pine needles, leaves, debris and

the sludge that forms. We check the

downspouts to be certain they are running

clear. We reattach any gutter that is

coming loose. Keeping your gutters clean

is a good way to prevent the high cost of

gutter replacement or damage that can

occur when gutters become clogged and 

filled with water and come down under

the weight.

 

 

CHEMICAL TREATMENT  

 

After your roof is cleaned and properly

prepared, we treat it with chemicals to kill

off any moss remaining and to prevent the

rapid regrowth. Over the next few weeks

anything left behind will die out and blow

away.

 

 

 

GUTTER WHITENING  

 

When white gutters overflow, they become

stained by the filthy water. Over the years

the discoloration is enhanced by lichen and

algae and they can appear quite grimy. We

use a mixture of chemicals and spray to

scrub and rinse the gutters to restore them

to a much cleaner and brighter appearance.
